Easy Pancakes

These fluffy pancakes are so easy. Top with syrup, strawberries or whipped cream.

Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 35 min
In a small bowl, combine the vinegar and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes, to allow the milk to sour.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the sugar, flour, baking soda and baking powder.
Add the vanilla, butter and egg to the soured milk, and whisk to combine.
Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and whisk until the batter is smooth and lumps disappear.
Spray a large skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Pour 1/4-cup portions of batter into the pan. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, about 3-5 minutes. Flip with a spatula, and cook a bit longer until browned on the bottom.

good by themselves but you can also add cinnamon and maybe toss in some blueberries!

These are really good. I made these before but this time I tried half all pupose flour and half whole wheat flour. It came out with an interesting "earthy" taste.
