Ingredients (serves 6)

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 egg(s)
  • cherry pie filling
  • vanilla wafers

  • You will also need: baking sheet


    1. Preheat oven to 350F (175C)
    2. Use an electrix mixer to beat together the cream cheese and sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla, continuing to beat until fluffy.
    3. Arrange 2" foil cups on a baking sheet, and place a vanilla wafer in each cup, round side up.
    4. Drop in about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture into each cup, filling to about 2/3 full.
    5. Top each with some cherry pie filling.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until set.
