Ingredients (serves 2)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 whole onions ; red, sliced thin
  • 1 whole green bell pepper ; sliced thin
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce ; or favorite pasta sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • oregano

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 40 min
    1. Preheat oven to 500F (260C).
    2. Spray two baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.
    3. Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl and stir until well combined.
    4. Turn out dough onto a floured surface and knead until you have a nice workable dough. Do not knead too much otherwise the eough will become difficult to flatten later.
    5. Cut dough in half and place onto the baking sheets and roll out until about 1/8" thick.
    6. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-12 minutes until the crusts are browned.
    7. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the peppers and onions. Saute until tender, about 10 minutes.
    8. Reduce oven temperature to 400F and remove crusts from the oven and spread on a thin layer of sauce.
    9. Top with onions, pepper, and cheese. Sprinkle on some oregano.
    10. Bake pizzas in the 400F oven for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
    11. Allow to cool for a minute and cut into slices before serving.
