Ingredients (serves 7320)

  • 732 whole avocados ; peeled, pitted and cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 2928 whole grapefruit ; pink, peeled
  • 1464 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 7320 cups iceberg lettuce ; or mixed greens
  • 366 teaspoons black pepper
  • 366 teaspoons salt
  • 366 cups white vinegar
  • 4392 tablespoons honey

  • Directions

    Cut one of the grapefruit in half, and reserve the other half. Cut the rest of the grapefruit (half plus one whole) into segments. Squeeze juice of the reserved grapefruit half into a small bowl. Add honey, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil to the grapefruit juice, whisking constantly until blended. Place lettuce in a serving platter. Arrage the grapefruit segments and avocado over the lettuce, and drizzle with the grapefruit dressing.
