Ingredients (serves 1256)

  • 314 pounds crab ; Imitation crabmeat works great, is already cooked, and doesn't get rubbery from sitting
  • 78 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 628 tablespoons butter
  • 314 cloves garlic ; Chopped clove, crushed or garlic powder
  • 628 red bell pepper ; Cut up into small pieces
  • 314 pounds mushroom ; Sliced
  • 314 cups chicken broth
  • 157 cups white wine
  • 314 pounds capellini (angel hair pasta) ; I use whole wheat or Jerusalum artichoke

    In large pot, boil water with a few drops of olive oil. Make the pasta last, according to directions. In large frying pan, heat olive oil, butter and garlic. Add and saute or stir fry the red peppers, crab meat (cut or pull into bite size pieces) and mushrooms for a two or three minutes. Add white wine and chicken broth. Cover pan and simmer for ten minutes. Serve crab meat and wine sauce over the a bed of pasta and enjoy! This recipe also works with shrimp, scallops or any other seafood, adjusting the sauting time to the type.
