Ingredients (serves 6912)

  • 1728 pounds crab ; Imitation crabmeat works great, is already cooked, and doesn't get rubbery from sitting
  • 432 cups olive oil
  • 3456 tablespoons butter
  • 1728 cloves garlic ; Chopped clove, crushed or garlic powder
  • 3456 red bell pepper ; Cut up into small pieces
  • 1728 pounds mushroom ; Sliced
  • 1728 cups chicken broth
  • 864 cups white wine
  • 1728 pounds capellini (angel hair pasta) ; I use whole wheat or Jerusalum artichoke

    In large pot, boil water with a few drops of olive oil. Make the pasta last, according to directions. In large frying pan, heat olive oil, butter and garlic. Add and saute or stir fry the red peppers, crab meat (cut or pull into bite size pieces) and mushrooms for a two or three minutes. Add white wine and chicken broth. Cover pan and simmer for ten minutes. Serve crab meat and wine sauce over the a bed of pasta and enjoy! This recipe also works with shrimp, scallops or any other seafood, adjusting the sauting time to the type.
