Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic ; minced
  • 3/4 pound chicken ; skinless, boneless breasts
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper ; ground
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce ; low sodium
  • 1/2 tablespoon coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoon wine vinegar ; red
  • 1/8 teaspoon poultry seasoning

  • Directions

    Combine soy sauce, coriander, brown sugar, garlic, vinegar, pepper and poultry seasoning in a large bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. Heat oil in large skillet over medium to heat. Add chicken and cook 7 minutes. Turn chicken and pour any remaining sauce over chicken. Cook about 7 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside.
