Directions
Combine potatoes, salt, pepper, onion and flour in a large bowl. Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet. Drop spoonfuls of potato batter into skillet and flatten using a spatula. Cook for about 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot.
