A great seasoning for just about anything especially beef

Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 4 parts salt
  • 1 part garlic powder
  • 1 part black pepper ; freshly cracked

    Mix ingredients together and store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. I like this rubbed on prime rib before roasting and also on steaks.
