Directions
Saute the minced garlic in the olive oil.
In a baking pan, arrange the broccoli tops in a single layer. Sprinkle the garlic and oil over the broccoli. Lightly salt to taste.
Bake for one hour at 350. Broccoli will be crunchy, flavorful, and look burnt.
