Chicken wings marinated with citrus and cilantro.
Ingredients (serves 8)
- Blend all ingredients except chicken in a food processor until well blended.
- Put wings in a large, resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and toss to coat.
- Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occassionally.
- Spray a nonstick grill rack with cooking spray. Place wings on grill, discarding marinade. Grill, covered for 16 to 20 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning once.
