Ingredients (serves 8)

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro
  • 6 cloves garlic ; chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin ; ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ; grated
  • 1 tablespoon onions ; grated
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • You will also need: grill, food processor

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 8 hr 30 min
    1. Blend all ingredients except chicken in a food processor until well blended.
    2. Put wings in a large, resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and toss to coat.
    3. Refrigerate at least 8 hours or overnight, turning occassionally.
    4. Spray a nonstick grill rack with cooking spray. Place wings on grill, discarding marinade. Grill, covered for 16 to 20 minutes or until tender and juices run clear, turning once.
