Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 pounds grapes ; seedless
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Directions

    In a large bowl, combine brown sugar and sour cream. Set aside and let stand for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, wash the grapes and remove the stems. Add grapes to the sour cream, and stir to coat. Divide into bowls and garnish with an amaretto cookie if, desired.
