Directions
Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Ready in: 40 min
- Cook rice according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- Place haddock in a 2 quart baking dish. In a small bowl, combine garlic, cilantro, soup, broth, lime juice and sala, and pour over the haddock.
- Bake at 400F (200C) for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with rice.
