- Combine all ingredients in a large skillet. Cover and cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the apples are soft.
- Allow mixture to cool. Mash with a fork to desired consistency.

Not bad... How much sugar you need depends on the tartness of the apples. May need to experiment with different kinds.
