An easy halibut marinated in a lemon and herb sauce.

Directions
Combine oil, garlic, lemon juice, basil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Put the halibut fillets in a plastic bag, and pour in the marinade. Seal the bag, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning to coat.
Lightly oil a grill grate and place it 4 inches from the heat source. Preheat to high heat.
Remove the fish from the bag and discard the marinade. Grill the fillets 5 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
