Directions
Lightly oil the grate of a grill and preheat to medium-high heat.
Slice each in half zucchini lengthwise, and slice each half into another 3 slices.
In a bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley. Spread the butter mixture on each side of each zucchini slice.
Sprinkle one side of each zucchini slice with parmesan cheese, and place on the grill, cheese side up.
Grill until the parmesan cheese has melted and the zucchini are cooked through, showing grill marks, about 8 minutes.
