1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

Slow cooked pork shoulder in sauces and spices.

Directions
Add all ingredients to a slow cooker, except for the pork. Combine well.
Add the pork shoulder, and spoon the sauce over the pork.
Set the cooker to low heat, and cook for 7 to 8 hours.
Shred the meat using two forks. Serve with some of the sauce, on rolls or by itself.
