Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 fillets salmon ; 4 oz each
  • lemon pepper ; to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter ; melted
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • In My Kitchen

  • You will also need: baking dish


    Preheat oven to 400F (205C).

    Combine butter and soy sauce in a small bowl.

    Place salmon in a baking dish, and brush with soy sauce mixture.

    Sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning.

    Cover with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
