Ingredients (serves 1296)

  • 486 pounds turkey ; ground meat
  • 324 whole egg(s)
  • 324 cups bread crumbs
  • 324 whole red bell pepper ; diced
  • 1944 whole olives ; stuffed green ones, chopped
  • 2592 ounces tomato sauce ; small can

  • You will also need: baking dish

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 375. Grease a medium sized baking dish or roasting pan with cooking spray. In a bowl, mix together the ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, diced peppers, chopped olives, and one-third of the tomato sauce. Form into the shape of a loaf. Pour the rest of the tomato sauce over the loaf, evenly. Place potatoes and a vegetable of choice around the meat loaf in the pan. The photo shows roasted red potatoes with garlic and paprika, and burnt broccoli, prepared with olive oil and garlic. Carrots sprinkled with butter and dill works well too. Bake uncovered for one hour. Enjoy!

    Super delicious. I've had good meatloaf in my day, this is one to add to my favorites.
