Ingredients (serves 50626)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 50626 fillets salmon ; boneless, 6 oz each
  • 25313 tomatoes ; sliced thinly
  • 25313 tablespoons basil ; dried
  • 50626 tablespoons parmesan cheese ; cheese
  • 25313 tablespoons olive oil
  • 25313 teaspoons garlic powder

    Directions

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    Preheat oven to 375F (190C).

    Line a baking dish with foil and spray with olive oil cooking spray.

    Arrange the salmon on the foil.

    Sprinkle each fillet with basil and garlic powder, and then top with tomato slices. Sprinkle on the parmeson and drizzle on the olive oil.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is opaque, flakes easily with a fork, and the parmesan is browned on top..
