A classic spinach dip with feta cheese.

Directions
- Spoon yogurt onto several layers of paper towels. Cover with another layer of paper towels and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Scrape yogurt off of the paper towel with a rubber spatula into food processor.
- Add garlic, sour cream and cheeses, and process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into a medium bowl and combine with spinach, pepper and dill. Cover and chill. Yields 2 cups.
