Flank steak with rosemary and sage. Goes great with boiled and seasoned red potatoes.

Directions
Preheat a broiler. Combine olive oil, the seasonings and herbs in a small bowl. Rub mixture on both sides of the steaks, spreading evenly. Arrange steaks on the rack of a broiler pan, and broil 2 to 3 inches from the heat for 6 to 9 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached.
