Ingredients (serves 20)

  • 15 pounds turkey ; 1 15 lb. bird
  • 3 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup celery ; chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions ; chopped
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • 2 cups popcorn (unpopped)

  • Directions

    Combine popcorn kernels, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, celery, onion and poultry seasoning in a small bowl. Stuff turkey with mixture. Bake 4 hours at 350 degrees, or until the popcorn bursts out of the bird.
