Directions
Combine milk, eggs, brown sugar and nutmeg in a large bowl. Spray a large frying pan or skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
Meanwhile, soak each piece of bread in the milk and egg mixture, and add to the pan. Brown bread slices on each side. Work in batches based on whatever number of slices can fit into the pan.
Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
