Forget regular ol' potatoes. These hash browns are a sassier variation.
Ingredients (serves 2)
- Melt butter in a medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add sweet potato and onion. Cook for 10 minutes or until onions are translucent and sweet potato is tender.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Cook, uncovered until brown on the bottom, about 5 minutes. Turn potatoes over and cook until brown on the other side.
