Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 2 apples ; chopped
  • 1 cup pomegranates ; chopped
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 3 bananas ; sliced
  • 1 medium mangoes ; chopped
  • heavy cream ; to taste
  • 1 oranges ; sliced
  • 1/2 cup pistachio nuts ; chopped
  • 1/2 cup almonds ; choppped

  • Directions

    1. Take a medium size bowl and add all fruit ingredients and mix them well.
    2. Now add cream in mixed fruit ingredients and mix well.
    3. Top salad with the chopped nuts for garnish.
