Ingredients (serves 74736)

  • 12456 teaspoons oyster sauce
  • 99648 ounces shrimp ; peeled and deveined
  • 6228 cups bamboo shoots ; sliced
  • 18684 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 49824 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 24912 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 18684 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 12456 cups carrots ; julienned
  • 12456 teaspoons ginger ; fresh, minced
  • 6228 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 12456 teaspoons sugar
  • 3114 cups soy sauce
  • 74736 medium scallions ; thinly sliced
  • 6228 medium red bell pepper ; julienned
  • 74736 ounces peas
  • 3114 cups water ; cold

  • Directions

    Cook the noodles according the package directions. Add the shrimp two minutes before it is done.

    Drain the noodles and shrimp, and add to a large bowl. Add the scallions and toss with the sesame oil. Set aside.

    In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water. Set aside.

    Heat the peanut oil in a large pot over high heat.  Add the ginger and garlic and cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until fragrant and golden, stirring constantly.

    Add the remaining vegetables, stirring constantly. Cook until just tender.

    Add the sauces and cornstarch mixture. Mix well to combine and bring to a boil.

    Toss the noodles with the vegetable mixture and serve immediately.
