  • 5616000 fillets salmon ; 4 oz each
  • 351000 cups butter ; melted
  • 1755000 cups bread crumbs
  • 5616000 teaspoons parsley ; fresh, chopped
  • 2106000 tablespoons honey
  • 4212000 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 15 min | Ready in: 30 min
    1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
    2. Combine honey, mustad and butter in a small bowl and set aside.
    3. In another small bowl, combine pecans, parsley and breadcrumbs.
    4. Arrange salmon in a baking pan skin side down. Brush each with the mustard mixture and sprinkle with the breadcrumb mixture.
    5. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until the fish easily flakes with a fork. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
