Ingredients (serves 3639168)

  • 2426112 medium potatoes ; cut into 2 inch slices
  • 151632 cups butter ; melted
  • 4852224 slices bacon ; cooked and crumbled
  • 303264 cups green onions ; chopped
  • 4852224 ounces cheddar cheese ; shredded

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 40 min | Ready in: 55 min
    1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
    2. Brush each side of the potato slices with the melted butter and arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
    3. Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden on each side, turning once.
    4. Remove from oven and top with bacon, cheese, and green onion.
    5. Place sheet back in the oven and continue baking until the cheese is melted, about 5 - 10 minutes.
