  • 1417176 cups quinoa ; rinsed
  • 4251528 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1417176 pinches salt
  • 2834352 teaspoons flax seed
  • 1417176 cups blueberries
  • 708588 whole lemons ; zested

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 25 min | Ready in: 40 min
    1. Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat until warm.
    2. Stir in rinsed quinoa and simmer over medium low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in the salt, lemon zest and maple syrup.
    4. Fold in the the blueberries.
    5. Divide mixture into two bowls and top each with 1 teaspoon of flax seeds before serving.
