Directions
Slice beef cubes in quarters, brown in a small amount of cooking oil, add enough water so the meat is covered, simmer for 45 minutes in a covered pan, add onion, pepper, beef boulion and golden mushroom or (cream of mushroom) soup then pour over egg noodles.
I've found that this is more tasty with golden mushroom soup. :o)
