Preheat oven to 350F. Spread 1 cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. In a large bowl, combine eggs, cheeses, parsley and black pepper. Fill shells with cheese mixture. Arrange shells in pan and top with remaining tomato sauce. Bake 45 minutes or until sauce is bubbling. Serves 8.
