A tasty chicken and vegetable spread. Goes great on crackers!
Ingredients (serves 14)
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion and celery and saute until tender.
- In a small bowl, combine cooked onion, celery, chives and cream cheese.
- Add chicken, cashews, pineapple and ginger. Garnish with paprika and parsely and serve with crackers.
