Ingredients (serves 6)

½ 2x 3x Reset

  • 1 pound chicken; ground
  • 1 small onions ; minced
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  • You will also need: grill


     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 30 min | Ready in: 45 min
    1. Heat oil in a medium skillet and sautee the onions over medium heat until caramelized, about 7 - 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
    2. Combine onions, chicken, parsely, egg, worcestershire sauce, and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Mix in salt and pepper to taste.  Add more bread crumbs if meat is too sticky.
    3. With wet hands, form chicken into 6 patties and place on wax paper or oiled plate.
    4. Oil a grill.  Place patties on heated, oiled grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until completely cooked through.
    5. Place patties on buns and top with desired toppings, and enjoy!

    These were fantastic, especially with the onion flavor. Top with your favorite BBQ sauce in the last few minutes of grilling.
