Little pieces of mozzarella sandwiched between cherry tomato halves. Easy and tasty!

Directions
Combine balsamic vineger, oil, salt and pepper in a small bowl.
Arrange mozzarella cubes on a plate in a single layer and drizzle with the balsamic mixture.
Thread a basil leaf, a tomato half, a piece of mozzarella, and the other tomato half onto a toothpick, in that order. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Arrange bites onto a plate and serve.
