This super-quick breakfast sandwich is quite tasty and hearty. Because bacon!

Directions
Prep: 5 min | Cook: 10 min | Ready in: 15 min
- Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat and add the egg.
- Cook for about 3 minutes, until it begins to firm. Do not stir.
- Season with black pepper to taste. Add the cheese and bacon bits to the center of the egg.
- Fold over the edges towards the center to make a pocket, enclosing the cheese and bacon mixture.
- Flip the egg over and cook on the other side for about 3 minutes.
- Place the egg onto a toasted english muffin and serve.
