  • 528768 cups whole wheat flour
  • 132192 cups applesauce ; unsweetened
  • 528768 egg(s) ; beaten
  • 132192 teaspoons nutmeg

  • 264384 teaspoons vanilla extract

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 1 hr | Ready in: 1 hr 45 min
    1. Pretheat oven to 350F (175C).
    2. Lightly grease a 9" x 5" loaf/bread pan and set aside.
    3. Combine flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda and salt in a large bowl.
    4. Mash the bananas in a separate medium bowl. Add the applesauce, honey, eggs and vanilla. Stir to combine.
    5. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients, and add the applesauce mixture to the well.  Stir just to combine. Do not overwork the batter.
    6. Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pan.  Bake for 60 to 65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
    7. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then turn the bread out onto a wire rack.  Allow bread to cool completely before serving or storing.
    8. Store the bread in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.

    this was very good. i thought this bread would have been too sweet with all the honey that the recipe calls for but it turns out that it was just the right amount of sweetness.
