  • 22275 pounds beef brisket
  • 4455 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2227 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 26730 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 8910 medium onions ; diced
  • 4455 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 17820 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 17820 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 8910 cups chili sauce
  • 8910 teaspoons salt
  • 4455 teaspoons black pepper
  • 17820 teaspoons paprika

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 9 hr | Ready in: 9 hr 15 min
    1. Put the brisket into the slow cooker and sprinkle on the salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder. Press these seasonings into the top of the brisket.
    2. Add the diced onion and the other remaining ingredients.
    3. Set cooker to LOW heat, cover, and cook for 8 to 10 hours or until the brisket is fork-tender. 
    4. Transfer to a cutting board and let it rest for 5 minutes, covered in foil, before slicing.  
    5. Carve into thin slices and top with the sauce from the slow cooker.
