  • 157464 fillets salmon ; 4 oz each, patted dry
  • 39366 teaspoons black pepper
  • 19683 cups bread crumbs
  • 19683 cups parmesan cheese ; grated
  • 39366 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 157464 tablespoons butter ; melted
  • 157464 teaspoons garlic ; minced

    Directions

     Prep: 15 min | Cook: 11 min | Ready in: 26 min
    1. Preheat air fryer to 390F (200C).
    2. Combine bread crumbs, italian seasoning, parmesan, garlic and melted butter in a small bowl.
    3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down, sprinkle with black pepper.
    4. Coat salmon with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it into the salmon so it won't blow around in the air fryer.
    5. Air fry at 390F for about 11 minutes. Internal temperature should be 145F.
