  • 0.055555555555556 cup sugar
  • 0.055555555555556 cup brown sugar ; packed
  • 0.055555555555556 egg(s)
  • 0.055555555555556 cup oats ; rolled
  • 0.055555555555556 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.055555555555556 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.055555555555556 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.055555555555556 cup raisins
  • 0.13888888888889 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.44444444444444 ounce butter ; softened

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F (175C). In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and add to the pumpkin mixture. Combine well. Drop teaspoonfuls of the batter onto cookie sheets covered with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
