  • 0.58333333333333 cup sugar
  • 0.58333333333333 cup brown sugar ; packed
  • 0.58333333333333 egg(s)
  • 0.58333333333333 cup oats ; rolled
  • 0.58333333333333 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.58333333333333 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 0.58333333333333 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.58333333333333 cup raisins
  • 1.4583333333333 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4.6666666666667 ounces butter ; softened

    Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F (175C). In a large bowl, cream together the brown sugar, sugar and butter until fluffy. Beat in the pumpkin, egg, and vanilla. In a medium bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, and add to the pumpkin mixture. Combine well. Drop teaspoonfuls of the batter onto cookie sheets covered with parchment paper or lightly greased with cooking spray. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges.
