Ingredients (serves 5184)

  • 1296 chipotle pepper ; in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1296 large onions ; chopped
  • 1296 cups sour cream
  • 2592 cloves garlic ; crushed
  • 648 teaspoons oregano
  • 3888 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1296 teaspoons black pepper
  • 648 teaspoons salt ; to taste
  • 3888 tablespoons olive oil
  • 648 cups tomatoes ; chopped
  • 648 teaspoons lime juice

    Directions

     Prep: 20 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 1 hr 40 min
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add onion and saute until browned and caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
    2. Add garlic, tomato, and chipotle pepper. Cook for another 7 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool down.
    3. Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients in a medium bowl.
    4. Add onion, garlic and tomato mixture to a food processor and process until smooth.
    5. Add the onion mixture to the sour cream mixture and stir until well combined.
    6. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
