Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley ; dried
  • 1 clove garlic ; minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme ; dried
  • 1/4 teaspoon marjoram ; dried
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • Directions

    1. Combine garlic, Dijon mustard, marjarom, thyme and vinegar in a small bowl.
    2. Stir in black pepper and olive oil. Use immediately and do not store.
    Makes about 1 cup of marinade.
