Ingredients (serves 24)

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup onions ; grated
  • 1/2 cup parsley ; chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 30 ounces chickpeas ; rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup tahini ; sesame

    Directions

     Prep: 10 min | Ready in: 40 min
    Combine all ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Let stand for 30 minutes before serving. Serve with warm pita points, crackers or vegetables.
