  • 6016 pounds okra ; trimmed and sliced
  • 3008 medium yellow bell pepper ; seeded and cut into strips
  • 3008 medium red bell pepper ; seeded and cut into strips
  • 6016 cloves garlic ; minced
  • 1504 medium onions ; red, cut into wedges
  • 9024 teaspoons thyme
  • 2003.328 cups chicken broth
  • 6016 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt ; to taste
  • black pepper ; to taste

     Prep: 10 min | Cook: 20 min | Ready in: 30 min
    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peppers, onion, and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, stirring.
    2. Add the broth, thyme and okra. Toss to mix. Heat until the broth is steaming.
    3. Cover and cook for an additional 10 minutes over medium heat.
    4. Season with salt and pepper.
